Today in HG we started our presentations. I learned a lot about
the relationship between US and foreign countries; we also had some fun with
them. People also asked a lot of great question. The weird thing is almost
everything people picked were car dealers.

·
Chinese’s are buying American car
companies
·
People running Chinese’s company’s use

Today in human
Geo we kept watching the movie.
1.
Brigs and Straiten went out of business so they
could make cheaper parts to sell
2.
The lady they interview made 11.13 a hour and in a year she made 23,650.40
3.
After B&S closed they saved 11 million a
year, but 480 in one city lost 480 jobs
4.
Cotton is grow in North Carolina on a local farm
then shipped to China and factored
5.
People in the United States is afraid of hard
labor

We buy more from China then China buys form us

Today in Human Geo we watched more of the movie. I was very
interesting the thing I found out here is a list…
·
Kids are getting trained to work at a young age
·
By the time they are my age they can talk English
and know how to use computers
·
The tech and knowledge they are learning will
soon success their parents
·
They reuse a lot of material for old buildings
o
like metal
o
bricks
·
For taking material apart women get 1 to 2 dollars
a day just to scarp concrete off of bricks.
·
Men get 3 to 4 dollars a day to move robs,
metal, and bricks.
The reason that businesses go to
China for work is because there is not labor law. Also they do not have an
amount of money that they need to pay a person, unlike the USA who has a law
that you need 7.50. This is one of the reasons that China has so much poverty.

Today in human geo got our test back from last Monday. I was
very happy with my test results I got an 86%. This was nice because with mid-quarters
tomorrow I will have a great grade. After that we started a video. These are
the notes I started to take. China is changing, here is one of the cities;
Chogqing it is located on the Yangtrz river. The weird this is that China is
rising in some areas but others are falling even lower. There are signs
everywhere saying you can only have one child. If you have any more you have to
pay for them. This is because some parts of China have not been part of the
uplifts.

Today in HG we went over our President Facts
Dilma Rousseff- Brazil
· She had a dark past and spent three years in prison. Tortured, shocked from her feet and ears, hung upside down from a stick.
· In May 2012 she took 12 articles out of the New Forest code.
· Using these reason I do not know if she could be a fully trusted person with this much power.

David Cameron- United Kingdom
He is a descendent of King William IV
He attended Heatherdown Preparatory School, and entered top academic class two years early at Eton College.
David worked for Conservative Party’s research department.
1988 he graduated Brasenose College, Oxford with a first class honors degree.
Based on these facts I feel like he knows his place in politics and makes a good president.
